SAN FRANCISCO, CA, October 20, 2016 TruSignal, a leading provider of predictive scoring and people-based audiences for digital advertising, announces the results of The Total Economic Impact™ of TruSignal, a September 2016 commissioned study conducted by Forrester Consulting on behalf of TruSignal. The study shows TruSignal’s return on ad spend outperformed other tactics by 92% for leading TruSignal client.

The interviewed organization used TruSignal’s custom lookalike audiences to increase reach, acquire high-balance customers, and increase digital targeting efficiency. “We were reaching people who were in market for a time but it was like chasing a shadow,” said the client’s associate media director regarding campaign tactics prior to TruSignal.

To build the custom lookalike audiences, TruSignal used a sample of the organization’s customers and analyzed thousands of data attributes per profile, using TruSignal’s robust offline data, to identify the common characteristics of the organization’s customers. Through this analysis TruSignal built a custom predictive model to score 220 million U.S. adults to determine who was likely to become a customer and who was not. The organization then targeted the high-value prospects, the top 5% of the scores, to drive more high-balance customers. The organization also used a larger range of the predictive scores to optimize the efficiency of the existing campaigns to generate a total 435% marketing ROI.
