Gordon (Gordy) has held several senior executive positions in his career, leading the start-up and development of many successful companies. Gordy brings significant experience and thought leadership in the application of analytics and decision sciences within marketing, credit and collections operations. For ten years, he held management and policy development responsibilities in managing Fingerhut’s $2 billion direct mail catalog sales.

In 1994 Gordy founded RiskWise and led the development of a highly regarded risk management company focused on the development and distribution of a series of sophisticated decision products for credit, fraud prevention, collections, security and payment risk. These solutions were adopted widely by the nation’s top financial, telecommunications and receivable management companies.

LexisNexis acquired RiskWise in June 2000. He continued to lead the RiskWise business and held senior roles in the LexisNexis technology organization until June of 2003. In the fall of 2003, Gordy founded TruSignal’s sister company, eBureau, a successful real-time information services and consumer scoring company. In addition to his duties at TruSignal, he also serves as eBureau’s CEO.

Gordy graduated from the University of Minnesota Morris in 1983 and earned a Masters of Business Administration from St. Cloud State University.

David brings a successful track record of executive leadership at growing both private and public venture-backed companies and has been a pioneer in online marketing since 1997.

Before TruSignal, David joined eBureau in December 2007, spearheading strategic business and product development efforts. In his previous role as General Manager and SVP, Marketing Analytics at Adteractive, David managed a team of 45 people, spanning all of Adteractive’s business units. Under his leadership, Adteractive became one of the fastest growing private companies in America and a leader in online lead generation. Prior to Adteractive, David held executive roles at Drugstore.com and NextCard, Inc, where he was responsible for product management and customer acquisition. David began his career as a software engineer at Decision Systems, a research and development firm focused on voice telephony solutions for the health care industry.

David earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Symbolic Systems from Stanford University in 1990 and a Masters of Business Administration from the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley.

As COO, Jeremy leads TruSignal’s client and product fulfillment efforts, including Client Development, Campaign Management and Data Operations. His focus is on driving profitable growth for TruSignal’s clients. As one of the first employees at TruSignal, Jeremy built the go-to-market strategy as Chief Revenue Officer, leading TruSignal’s sales, business development and strategic partnership efforts.

Throughout his career, Jeremy has focused on building innovative technology and Internet businesses at both public companies and early-stage startups. His experience includes: go-to-market planning, consultative sales, strategic partnerships, technology licensing, equity investments and acquisitions. Jeremy has served in a variety of functions including sales, business development, operations and corporate development.

Prior to TruSignal, Jeremy was VP Business Development at Vizu (acquired by Nielsen), a technology startup whose platform helps advertisers and publishers measure the effectiveness of their online brand advertising. Jeremy joined Vizu from Yahoo!, where he ran business development and revenue strategy for the Yahoo! Front Page and My Yahoo! and managed strategic partnerships for Yahoo! Local search and Yahoo! Maps. He began his career in Corporate Development with Cisco Systems and as a strategy consultant with Braxton Associates.

Jeremy earned a BA in Engineering Sciences from Dartmouth College and an MBA as a Haas Merit Scholar from the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley.

Nancy serves as TruSignal’s CFO, overseeing all financial and reporting activities. Nancy is also the CFO for eBureau, TruSignal’s sister company, which she joined in 2004. Prior to eBureau, Nancy served as the CFO at RiskWise for seven years. While there, Nancy managed the team responsible for accounting, budgeting, compliance and forecasting. She also played a key role in overseeing the LexisNexis acquisition in 2000, managing the integration of processes between financial teams.

Previously, Nancy spent nine years working as a CPA for a public accounting firm and worked as the audit manager on the RiskWise account. Nancy obtained her Bachelor of Science from St. Cloud State University in 1989, graduating Summa Cum Laude. She also obtained her CPA certification in 1989.

Greg serves as TruSignal’s Chief Privacy Officer, bringing over 20 years of leadership experience in operational and regulatory roles. Greg is also head of operations at eBureau, TruSignal’s sister company. Prior to eBureau, Greg spent six years at LexisNexis/RiskWise. During his tenure, Greg provided regulatory insight and compliance fulfillment to his various areas of responsibility.

In previous roles Greg spent eight years in the financial services industry in both sales and operations-related capacities.  He also managed a global field services operation for five years serving local, federal, and international governmental agencies.

Greg earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management and Finance in 1988 from St. Johns University.

Joe serves as TruSignal’s Executive Vice President, Business Development, managing strategic partnerships related to TruSignal’s data licensing and industry partners. Joe is also a business development executive at eBureau, TruSignal’s sister company, which he joined in 2007.

Joe has over 30 years of management experience with an expertise in risk management, marketing and fraud prevention-related information solutions. Previously, Joe was the Chief Product Marketing Officer of Qsent, Inc. from 2005 until its successful sale to TransUnion in late 2006. Prior to joining Qsent, Joe was Vice President of LexisNexis Risk Management, where he was instrumental in the transformation and development of LexisNexis’ market leadership in identity and risk management solutions.

Joe holds a Masters degree from Miami University, a Bachelors degree from Denison University, and completed the Kellogg School of Management’s Advanced Executive Program, Northwestern University.

As VP of Sales, Michelle leads TruSignal’s National sales team. Her focus is on driving profitable growth acquiring new TruSignal clients across our key verticals.

Throughout his career, Michelle has focused on growing and building Internet companies through developing strong sales teams at both public companies and early-stage startups. Her experience includes: driving reoccurring revenue, go-to-market sales planning and positioning, consultative sales, and strategic partnerships.

Prior to TruSignal, Michelle was Team Lead, Director of Digital Advertising at Experian Marketing Services in their Digital Advertising Group, Michelle joined Experian from InfoNow, where she was VP of Sales for a start up.

Michelle earned bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Western Connecticut State University.

As Vice President of Marketing, Pete leads TruSignal’s marketing group, including marketing strategy, brand and acquisition advertising, product and vertical marketing, events and conferences, social media and public relations. As an accomplished senior executive, Pete has over 20 years of experience with a strong background in digital media, ad technology, big data and retail.

Prior to joining TruSignal, Pete was the VP of New Channel Development for ValueClick where he developed and launched new business verticals leveraging the Dotomi big data and personalization platform. Pete joined ValueClick from Walmart where he was a Marketing Director and led the Online Media Program and Smart Network. Before Walmart, Pete was the Director of Sales Strategy and Programs at Yahoo! where he worked with the Sales leadership on strategic programs.

Pete earned an MBA from the F.W. Olin Business School at Babson University and received a bachelor’s degree in Government and Economics from St. Lawrence University.
